Located in the Green Mountain National Forest, less than 30 miles from I-91, Mount Snow is Vermont’s closest big mountain to the Northeast’s metropolitan areas. This huge resort encompasses five separate mountains serviced by 20 lifts.
Mount Snow’s Carintha is Vermont's only all-park mountain face. It’s dedicated to freestyle terrain parks and features a smorgasbord of rails, jumps and half pipes. In addition to 125 features scattered around 12 terrain parks, Carintha offers tree skiing, a Superpipe with 18-foot walls, a mini pipe with eight-foot walls and more. Even the base lodge is dedicated to the freestyle state of mind and includes lounge areas, and outdoor deck, flat screen televisions and outdoor fire pits.
A Mount Snow vacation is more than just skiing and riding. At this Vermont resort you may also treat yourself to snowmobiling, dogsledding, cross country skiing, shopping, spa services, fine dining and more.
