Ski Zurs - Customize your Zurs ski vacations with Ski.com

Nestled in high alpine valleys Zurs is known for its olympic champions and luxury accomodations.  The beauty of staying at Zurs is that it also shares both roads and lift access with Lech Ski Resort.

In the years before skiing came to Zurs, the tiny mountain village was only inhabited by a small population in the summer months. One of the first ski lifts in Austria was constructed in Zurs and 1937 transformed it into one of the most elegant, romantic and popular mountain villages in the Arlberg.  Now it is "world-class" and considered a "mecca" for ski vacation enthusiasts.  The quaint Austrian style village is authentic with shorter lift lines and less crowded slopes than St. Anton. When celebrities go skiing in Austria, this is where they often stay.

Your Zurs Ski Vacation

This idyllic setting offers downhill runs from both sides of the valley right to the center of town. Tree-free steep descents and wide open bowls provide great skiing for all levels.

Your lift ticket links you with nearby Lech, Zug, St. Anton, St. Christoph, and Stuben. Zürs has it all: world famous ski schools, guided ski tours, heli-skiing, snow-boarding, paragliding, child care at ski kindergarten, winter hiking, cross country skiing in untouched nature, ice skating and Austrian style curling, toboggan run, horse drawn sleigh rides, outdoor cafes , late afternoon tea dances, and entertainment that runs until almost dawn complete the picture.
